We recognize that lending institutions assume significant risk in real property development projects. Over time, as water rights in many parts of the Northwest begin to assume market values higher than the land involved, our ability to help lenders assess the real value of water rights, as well as water availability and protection, is a vital part of risk analysis in any development project. All too often, lending institutions are not properly secured regarding this most valuable of assets.
